Abstract

The first issue of the International Journal of Extraditional Law launches a bilingual project aimed at becoming an international reference in extraditional law. It addresses the need to establish minimum standards in the field to ensure the protection of human rights and legal certainty. This issue, with national and international contributions, seeks to promote a global and interdisciplinary approach, fostering academic dialogue on extradition and its implications in international legal systems.
